Our students get to live in a home environment with a complete family setting. You can rely on our trustworthy house parents and constant professional supervision to take good care of your kids. We house no more than 8 children at a time.

Animal-Assisted Therapy in a Ranch Atmosphere

You may have heard of several case studies where children with special needs have benefited immensely from an outdoor environment. That is exactly why we are located on a ranch. You can see for yourself how this adds up to the therapeutic experience.

The best part about our ranch is that therapists can visit the students outside in a calm and relaxing environment. We use many types of therapy including individual, group, family therapy, substance abuse counseling, animal-assisted therapy and equine-based therapy to benefit individual needs.

At Children's Home For Life, we accept students with various symptoms or disorders. A typical student, however, might struggle with one or more of the following issues:

We equip our students with basic trade skills so that they can fend for themselves in the outside world. Here are a few key skills they'll learn:
